All-Natural Litter Treatment
TERRA LIFE is an all-natural litter treatment designed for optimal poultry house conditions. Its highly porous mineral composition adsorbs ammonia and binds dust, significantly reducing airborne irritants.

Easy and Safe Application
TERRA LIFE is applied using farm spreader equipment. The amount of mineral needed is dependent on factors including the gross tonnage of litter and its age.

One application of TERRA LIFE lasts for up to one year depending on the type of bird raised, local environmental conditions, and management strategies.

TERRA LIFE is sold in 2,000 lbs super sacks.
It is applied about once every 12 months.

Healthier Environment for Bird Growth
TERRA LIFE reduces dust particulate through its ionic charge, binding dust to the mineral, reduces the bioburden, reduces skin, eye and sinus irritations in birds, improves feet health, and lowers poultry house humidity levels.

Its cation exchange bonds ammonia within the porosity of the mineral. It has an extreme porosity with an equivalent surface area of 15.7 cubic meters per gram, making it ideal for use in poultry houses.

Works Over Several Flocks
TERRA LIFE works over several flocks to continuously remove ammonia and lower humidity, and its static charge attracts dust to the litter. TERRA LIFE does not corrode metal components in the poultry house.

Helps To Improve Foot and Respiratory Health
Use of TERRA LIFE reduces the risk of burned feet and associated foot disease. It helps to prevent poultry diarrhea that occurs from birds lying in wet bedding. TERRA LIFE also helps to prevent eye and respiratory system damage caused by airborne particulates and ammonia.

TERRA LIFE also helps litter to retain heat and provides a healthier environment for bird growth.

Outstanding Soil Amendment
By using TERRA LIFE as a litter treatment, farmers have a naturally nutrient-rich litter byproduct. TERRA LIFE has a unique, rigid crystalline lattice structure. The porous structure enables the product to retain and slowly release water and nutrients.

Slow Release of Nutrients
TERRA LIFE is particularly valuable at holding and slowly releasing valuable nutrients to plants, mainly ammonium nitrogen (NH4+), potassium (K+), magnesium (Mg2+), and trace elements.

Increased Cation Exchange Capacity
TERRA LIFE buffers the pH of the soil and increases its overall cation exchange and nutrient-holding capacity. The water retention capability of TERRA LIFE also lowers irrigation requirements by increasing the water-holding capacity of sandy soils and improving drainage in clay-rich soils.

Poultry Manure Nitrates Bind
Using TERRA LIFE reduces nitrate leaching by inhibiting the nitrification of ammonium to nitrate. As the product holds a significant percentage of its weight in water, leaching and surface runoff are reduced.

NOP Compliant
TERRA LIFE is compliant with the national organic program of the USDA.

RECOMMENDED PRODUCT
For optimal performance, growers can combine TERRA LIFE minerals and MICRO-D microbial additive. Beneficial microorganisms in MICRO-D find TERRA LIFE a welcoming home, further enhancing the adsorption and bonding of nutrients to the TERRA LIFE substrate. The end result is, with proper litter management, the products keep working, flock after flock.
