Operating without electricity, they utilize water flow to proportionally mix additives, offering a flexible dosing range of 0.2–2% and functioning effectively at temperatures of 41° F – 104° F and a maximum operating pressure of 87 psi.
Constructed with durable materials like AISI 316L stainless steel, Duplex alloys, and high-quality technopolymers (POM, PP, HDPE, PA12), along with Viton and EPDM seals, they ensure long-lasting performance and resistance to corrosion and wear.
Features like double retaining valves with anti-jamming balls, a wastewater discharge system for easy cleaning, thermal sensors for temperature monitoring, a patented bypass and an optional ON/OFF top cover for controlling mixing enhance their reliability, safety, and ease of maintenance, making them ideal for handling aggressive substances and maintaining consistent dosing accuracy.
The mixing chamber ensures uniform and precise water-soluble nutrient blending and achieves a 1:128 dosing ratio at 0.78% (slightly below the 1% on the graduated scale). It’s adjustable from 1:500 to 1:50.
MX300

Optimized for corrosive substances, the MX300 includes O-rings, a hose, and a wrench, offering poultry farmers a reliable edge.
With the patent bypass, additives are injected outside of the pump, reducing internal wear and tear. The side hose bypass protects seals from aggressive additives, enhancing durability.
MX300 has a maximum flow rate of 13.2 gallons per minute.
MX250
The MX250 dosing pump is a versatile and reliable solution for liquid dosing that does not require any electrical power supply. Thanks to its flexible dosing ratio and operating pressure range of 0.3 to 6 bar, it is suitable for various applications.
Its high durability is ensured by AISI 316L and Duplex stainless-steel components, while high-quality technopolymers and a range of available seals guarantee a long service life.
The pump can be installed wall-mounted or directly on the drum, offering maximum flexibility and safety. Maximum peak pressure of 10 bar and operating temperature between 41° F – 104° F.
The MX250 has a maximum flow rate of 11 gallons per minute.
