360-Degree Air Scrubber
RAPTOR is a 360-degree air scrubber that is engineered to mitigate airborne contaminants through its adaptive filtration technology and precision-controlled fan speeds. It is equipped with intelligent control modules and versatile installation options.
RAPTOR is effective against biological agents, chemicals, mildew, mold, and even radioactive particulates.
RAPTOR is installed in multiple units inside poultry houses to remove ammonia and circulate indoor air, forcing heavily concentrated ammonia into the scrubbers and creating a low-volume airflow that assists in the heating, cooling, and evaporation processes.
Customized Filtration
RAPTOR employs organic mineral media that is tailored to address specific needs, whether it is reducing ammonia in enclosed live animal agricultural operations or filtering a wide range of airborne contaminants, including fungi, mildew, mold, and more serious threats such as biological agents, chemicals, or radioactive particulates in preparedness situations.

Duon® Fabric Filter Bag
RAPTOR internal components are protected with a biodegradable, long-lasting Duon® fabric blanket filter bag, which is placed over the filter containment vessel.
HEPA Cylinder Filter
Our ultra-fine MERV 18 HEPA filter traps and removes 99.997% of bacteria, fungus, mildew, mold, and other particles to .3 microns in size.
Variable Fan Speeds
The RAPTOR is furnished with a fan speed control that is infinitely adjustable, allowing for a range of 0 to 6,000 CFM per unit. This feature ensures precise and customizable air circulation tailored to your specific requirements.
Smart Control
The 10V EC control module offers the flexibility of either independent single-unit operation or the choice of multi-unit central control, giving you full control over your air purification system.
Flexible Configuration
The RAPTOR is configurable to suit your needs. It can stand alone using its rubber insulating feet, be wall-mounted with an optional bracket, or be suspended either horizontally or vertically from the ceiling using built-in suspension supports and brackets. The adaptability allows you to place it in the most convenient and effective location for your specific situation.
Customized Ductwork
Our ductwork options for the RAPTOR offer full support with a solid welded seam in diameters ranging from 8 to 36 inches, and spiral galvanized ductwork is available in various sizes from 4 to 36 inches. If you have specific requirements, we also offer custom systems upon request.
The RAPTOR comes in multiple filtration and fan sizes and even offers explosion-proof HEPA ductwork options for added safety.
Each RAPTOR unit is capable of cleaning up to 6,000 CFM and is equipped with a parameter motor controller. You have the flexibility to power it through various sources, from manual operation to solar energy, wind power, and generators.
The RAPTOR’s controller provides options for manual operation or integration with farm controller networks. It can be used with or without ducting, and we offer various ducting options to suit your preferences.
For enhanced convenience and preparedness, you can upgrade your RAPTOR to control ventilation and fans remotely using a standard smartphone. This feature boosts your operational efficiency and readiness, ensuring you have complete control wherever you are.
